Ne nous envoyez jamais votre mot de passe. Indiquez le courriel de votre compte, le modèle de votre iPhone et, si possible, l’heure approximative du problème. Never send us your password. Include your account email, your iPhone model and, if you can, roughly when the problem happened.

The recording is kept on the phone first, then uploaded as soon as there is a connection: nothing is lost if the network drops. Open the app to resume uploading. If the note shows an error, tap Try again. A long meeting can take a few minutes; a notification tells you when the note is ready.

Utilisez l’enregistrement d’appel de l’iPhone, puis importez le fichier dans Dictofil (bouton Importer, choix Appel). Informez toujours votre interlocuteur et obtenez son accord. Use the iPhone’s call recording, then import the file into Dictofil (Import, then Phone call). Always tell the other person and get their agreement.
